It’s been a whirlwind of activity and progress for us here at High Five, with new partnerships and projects keeping us on our toes.

Our Private & Domestic Division has recently wrapped up the complete transformation and renovation of a charming two-bedroom terrace located in the emerging Plaistow district of East London. The team is now focusing on a substantial modern detached property in Putney, addressing historic leaks and water damage. This involves the dismantling of a 20-meter rear glazed screen, specialist waterproofing, and the restoration of water-damaged plaster boarding and decor. In addition, our skilled waterproofing team has successfully completed the structural waterproofing of an underground swimming pool in Lightwater, Surrey.

Meanwhile, our Main Contracting team has just finished renovating a massive 4,000m2 of exposed concrete soffit at Millenium Bridge House utilizing our Falcon Quill surface blasting Kit. We’ve also secured and completed the initial phase of remediation for poor quality concrete beneath the new Riverside Stand at Fulham Football Club.

Our spray applied coating team has been equally industrious, having just completed the spray coating of all external facades of The Met Building on Whitchapel High Street. This building is set to become new premises for Trilogy Real Estate LLP and a fresh educational hub for London Metropolitan University. We’ve also kicked off the colour toning process on the brick facades of a major commercial refurbishment at 20 Manchester Square W1 and are gearing up for an intriguing facade project at a new residential development on Finchley Road, which includes four accommodation blocks. In our continuous efforts to expand and bolster our reputation, we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Hamptons Estate Agents. As their nominated contractor, we’ll be handling all construction and maintenance needs for their property sales portfolio in the Islington area.
